Scriptable tool

Just finished writing my heart out so this is probably going to be a meh idea.

What this would do is allow the user to use a tool-gun that can have a starfall script uploaded to it.

It would be a starfall implementation of this

Similar to a the way screens currently work it would be able to have client and server code.

Dunno what else to write so here we go.

This would tie in nicely once we've abstracted the Instance away from GM ents, as it would essentially then just be an entity container. Aslong as you expose and interface to the TOOLS functions, should be fine.

Obviously more discussion on what purpose this toolgun would serve, and whether it's something users would want, should be had. Flesh out the idea more etc.
