Reference Validator Will not Upload Files, content too large (http 413)

Hi, I cannot validate any file using INSPIRE Reference Validator. It allways give the read box stating "ERROR An error has occured uploading file (Code: 413 -)

Procedure I used:

1. Start Chrome, goto https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/validator/test-selection/index.html
2. Select Data set
3. Select Annex I Protected Sites
4. Move Capcha slider to the correct position
5. Click Verify
6. File upload: Choose Files
7. Select Zipfile, of any size, containing even a small size gml ( uncompressed size 6.828 kB)
8. The red box appears after a few seconds.

thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
We are experiencing issues with uploading files larger than 1 MB.
We are working to resolve this problem.
