Context
It is possible to get a markdown preview that looks similar to the GitHub renderer.
Required steps / Implementation details
From install_extensions.sh, remove:
and add:
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=bierner.github-markdown-preview (extension pack)
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=yahyabatulu.vscode-markdown-alert
Downside
Since we remove
markdown-preview-enhanced, we lose some of its (ore nieche) features. I'm unsure if anybody uses them. Like the fact you can double-click inside the preview on a text box and open a mini editor.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
