Impossible to download again a file that was previously deleted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://www.igalia.com/press/
2. Download the Igalia Brand Assets zip file
3. Open the Downloads dialog
4. Once the download operation finishes, delete the file without marking the "Also delete file from disc" checkbox
5. Close the Downloads dialog
6. Download again the Igalia Brand Assets zip file

Current Behavior

The Download operation never finishes; the "loading" icon in the navigation toolbar remain animated indefinitely.

Expected Behavior

The file should be downloaded again and appear in the Downloads list.
