[Feature request] Filter configuration for videos in Subscriptions

Possibility to set up filters for videos that are in Subscriptions -> Channel groups -> All so that you get a list with videos that are only longer than X minutes. Thus enabling filtering out e.g shorts.

A bit related to #266.
