incorrect video upload time in subscribe and channel pages for bilibili. Steps to reproduce the bug
Find some today's video in recommend and search pages. Compare upload time with one in channel page. There are all eight hours apart.

I found it in subscribe page. Maybe bilibili uses local time(utc+8) for timestamp. Additional context
