I am able to reproduce the bug with the latest version given here: CLICK THIS LINK.
I have attached the error report in the issue.
Describe the bug
Player shows English(India) [which is my Default content language] as an option available for Captions/Subtitles, when they originally don't exist for that video. Checked with YouTube App on Android and YouTube Web on Android/Windows.
Steps to reproduce the bug
Open any video.
Enable the Captions/Subtitles and it will show English(India) along with Autogenerated and No Captions.
If you'll select English(India) no captions are visible, as they don't exist.
