Dispatch "OVVError" from the "OVVAsset" constructor #121

      dispatchEvent(new OVVEvent(OVVEvent.OVVError, {
          "message": "ExternalInterface unavailable"
      }));
      return;
  }

this event will never catch, because I can subscribe on "OVVError" only after run constructor
