Things to be accommodated :

Make sure windows artifact is zipped
Prepare preliminary release template (from changelog, etc)
Create sha256sums only for versions picked
Check 9.10 (Erik's issue)
Automate release tag and tag picking ghc from artifacts to publish
Notarization of executable for macos
