[FEATURE REQUEST] Option to put workshop item name first in page title

Current Behavior (if any)

When you view an item on Steam Workshop, the page title (as displayed on the browser tab) is, "Steam Workshop::Item Name."

Desired Behavior

I want there to be a toggle in Augmented Steam to change this to something like, "Item Name::Steam Workshop."

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

I want the item name to be first, so that if I open the pages of several different items in different tabs, and the tabs are shortened, I will actually be able to see which tab is for which item, instead of all of them just showing, "Steam Worksh..."
