Ok, seems that the repo where should I report this. Unfortunately, @jsf-clabot has no contact information — it took time for me to locate this repo. I suggest adding the link to it to @jsf-clabot profile, instead of a generic link to https://js.foundation.

@jsf-clabot bumps webpack/loader-runner#25 about twice per day and pollutes my «Recent activity» feed on GitHub.

That's 344 edits in 150 days, each one bumps the issue in the «Recent activity» feed:

Please make it stop doing that, the actual content of that message does not have to be changed, I have mo idea why it keeps bumping it.

That should definitely not be happening. We will look into this.

In the edit history, GitHub says @jsf-clabot edited on 26 Mar (most recent) — that is not correct. GitHub truncates the edit history after 100 entries, apparently displaying only the first 100 ones.
The full edit history has 344 entries, last of them was yesterday.

It keept doing that. I closed the offending PR because of this.
You can reopen it if you would like after the CLA bot gets fixed. 😃
