Currently you can resize a rectangle while maintaining its rectangular shape using for example 'opposite' option. As shown here:
But once you rotate a rectangle and you try to resize it, it will:
Lose its rectangular shape for a more diamond-like shape
The selected vertex wont follow the cursor

I would want a behavior like the following (I know its just the first video rotated, but that's exactly what i would expect to happen haha)

A possible workaround could be to use Angled Rectangle mode, but even then, the rectangles are not being edited as expected.
