There is at least two issues with migrations.

First the migrations don't know how to deal with the injected CRDT columns (documented in readme).

Second the migration tests have the same issue as the actual schema has extra rows that the migration tooling doesn't know how to make the sense of.

Maybe a plug in for migrations could get implemented or something similar?
