For the task "Launch Chrome against localhost, with sourcemaps" there are some rather funky things going on.

Task : "Launch Chrome against localhost, with sourcemaps"

Steps to reproduce bugs:

First execution you are able to run and it opens the browser
If you stop it from the debug tools "stop" button, it closes the task correctly
Run the launch again and for some reason the chrome build doesn't open
- but if you click the task again it opens chrome
If you close chrome with its own close button, not the debug "stop", the task will not stop and you need to forcefully shut it off before doing flash
