Notification borders display incorrectly in notification list.

Describe the bug
When using a notification with a border radius, the right hand side of the notification when shown in the notification drop down menu is squared rather than shown with a curve.

To Reproduce
Set notifications to have a border radius and also have the notification border color be different than the notification menu background.

Expected behavior
Notifications should have the same border radius regardless of whether it's in the popup notification or in the notification list.
