show special workspace as a star emoji instead of -98

It is very confusing to see workspace number -98

Instead of a number, it could show a star emoji (\uf005 aka nf-fa-star in nerd fonts)

You can add it to your ignored workspace list or make a custom icon for it in the workspace settings.

I can see a use for having this as a default. But then we'd need to decide on what sort of icon to use, and how to handle if a user has 2 or more special workspaces etc. Up to Jas really, we can already change this manually if desired (-98, -97 etc is actually a hyprland thing, hasn't got anything to do with hyprpanel specifically. I can still see why it might be preferred tho).
