More robust way to control projection stop/start/pause/resume with multiple stores #3267

  • Would be nice to have extension methods for pausing and resuming projections from a "separate store"
  • Would also be nice to have a full "reset data" that pauses all daemons, calls reset data, then resumes all projections. Do that across multiple stores too!
