Signatures (Uploads) Not displaying

I'm selfhosting using a docker container. My forms have a signature field, which is working correctly. When I access and view the submissions, I can see the signature and click on it -- it displays correctly.

However; when I use SMTP to email notification of a form submission, the URL provided in the email gives an error of:
