Barcode is not getting scanned on android device if google play service is turned off #170

Describe the bug
Barcode doesn't scan if the google play service is disabled from the android device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Android Settings
  2. Click on App/ Applications -> Google play services -> Disable
  3. After Disabling the play services, try scanning the barcode
  4. Notice that the scanning is not working.

Expected behavior
Scanning must work irrespective of whether the Google Play service is enabled or disabled.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: SM-T307U
  • OS: Android, version : 10
  • Version : XamarinForms v5.0.0.25
