This bot depends on delphi-ai to retrieve the AI responses from a third-party API. However, this API was recently shut off, making delphi-ai permanently broken.

Please read the original bug report here:

Without the Delphi AI, this bot is permanently broken too. It will no longer be maintained. Please do not file bug reports.
