PC端不定时会出现部分成员会听不到的情况，手动切歌后会恢复，但一段时间后还是会出现该问题。

是否部分成员websokcet断开了，或者网络卡了，另一个可能是否开启了代理，有些歌曲代理模式下播放会有问题
