Ability to control video sync via an automation

Currently, video sync (from camera sd card) to a folder works fine. however sometimes the tapo cameras struggle to both stream to my tablet AND have the download of the sync happen at the time. Causing whitenoise and jittery streaming to my tablet.

Would be great if i can make an automation that would only allow the sd-card-sync to occur during certain hours of the day, when i'm not looking at the tablet.
