At first settings wizard see this message "You can skip this step by leaving password empty and enter password later if you do not need recordings viewing functionality."
and trying to use empty password.

After this was temporary blocked...

Camera blocks access if too many tries to sign in are detected within a period. You can try restarting the camera in between this step and the next one, or wait.

It is also possible this was incorrectly detected, usually these days cloud password is required for control. It would be surprising to me if camera with recent firmware (2023+) allows control without cloud password.

Keeping open as this step might be incorrectly detected and needs to be adjusted. Try again clicking next after restarting the camera. If you get incorrect password, please provide all debug logs when going through the auth flow and confirm exact firmware and camera version including build date.

It is documented in FAQ in readme as well as when you are setting up the camera in UI of your Home Assistant in the exact screenshot you provided in this ticket.

It is fully local.

This message is ambiguous. "Email is not needed". It is not clear why it was specifically about email.

Email is not needed and all communication is still fully local.
