Support for NWC SAF PPS. Polar products

We are integrating PPs products on EWC. The products comming from PPS have no projection. They explicitly declare latitude and longitude like scaterometer,
We have the problem that the server is unable to display the variables when they have the time dimension. By the moment we solve the issue via a converter, but it could be nice to have the support for our PPS files in ADAGUC.
We face also an issue when try to put a vertical dimension, this will be needed for profile retrievals that we also plan to integrate.
