Strange blue Light in dark side of kerbin #15

this blue light is happening whenever I install kopernicus with 64k. I tried to remove all visual mod and the problem persists. not sure what is causing that except is related to kopernicus + 64k.

PS: the mechjeb window in the middle is because I changed resolution for testing this problem
