Correction, the weight is increased correctly, RCS build aid got bugged for a moment, the cost doesnt change tho

This is unsurprising. The vast majority of parts have the RealFuels "cost" field disabled so they can set cost manually. This is easier, but it also means RealFuels cannot alter cost based on tanks.
