Request: Python 3 support

Greetings,

I would like to request Python 3 support for this framework.

I've run futurize on the codebase, and aside from a slight tweak to the sorting in kango/commands/build.py, line 31, it works perfectly fine on my Python 3.5.

If the codebase was here, I'd submit a pull request, but alas, I can't.
