After installing 4chan X, and OneeChan, the reply forms are removed and universal "Quick Reply" function is added. At the top right hand corner you see the 4chan X usernav, you will see a bubble icon. Clicking this will bring up the universal "Quick Reply" dialog box, which is used for new thread posting, or for replying to a thread/post. [on a default installation / config] It should pop up automatically when clicking on a thread/post number, or on the bottom of a thread where there is a [reply to thread] button. To disable this and have the default reply 4chan form on the top of the page, click the wrench icon to enter 4chan X settings, and under "Posting and Captchas" disable/un-check the "Quick Reply". After a refresh you should see the [Post a Reply] link/button again. If it's not there, in OneeChan settings (three gear/cog icon button), under "Main Rice" at the top you should see a "Show Reply to Thread Button", enable/check it to enable, and refresh again. This should enable the standard 4chan static form for replying at the top of the page. However, I would just try to get used to the Quick Reply. Clicking on a Post number for either thread or a post within the thread, will bring up the quick reply dialog, and allow you to easily post anywhere on the page.
