singularity image for variantstore

Hi,

Great job with this tool first of all!
Since I found installing and compiling on our local cluster a little tricky especially if you don't have admin access, I've put together a singularity image to run the variantstore.

The image is available from the singularity library for everyone, so one can just pull the image and start using the tool

singularity pull library://edg1983/misc/variantstore:v0.1

I can provide the recipe as well if you want to include it in your repository.
