Many collections missing, many mapping errors

i am running on windows 10 with the latest plex release.

I installed using local walk through. Everything appears to be working but most collections are not being created because of mapping errors.

i deleted the library, clean the bundle, recreated the library, ran the script again. same problem.

can someone check my attached log file and provide any insight?

Solved. It was Plex database corruption.
