CMU-ARCTIC’s accent tags are different from those shown on the official website #359

The introduction at http://festvox.org/cmu_arctic/ has been updated with accent markers for an additional 11 speakers, where fem and rxr have different accents than those recorded in datasets/cmu_arctic.py.
