Use the metagenomics R functions

Follow one of the following method

If you have git

Clone the repository `git clone https://github.com/Lafond-LapalmeJ/metagenomics.git'
Open R/RStudio and source the load_functions.R file
```
source('path/to/git_repo/load_function.R')
```
To update, just Pull your git repository and reload the functions

If you don't have git

Download the repository https://github.com/Lafond-LapalmeJ/metagenomics/archive/master.zip
Unzip the folder
Open R/RStudio and source the load_functions.R file
```
source('path/to/git_repo/load_function.R')
```
To update, repeat the steps above
