Split up component and lovelace card in 2 separate repositories in order to use HACS #2

To be able to use HACS, component and card cant be in the same repository.
It will only add one instance of a repository
A simple move of the card to its own repository would solve this.

I haven't had time to look into this. Since I'm not a HACS user I'm not in the need for it myself. I'm all open for a PR though. Or if someone wants to fork it and create their own HACS repo(s) for it.
