New Feature

To have everything in the PyTorch ecosystem (TorchVision + TorchText + TorchAudio + PyTorch3D) for Torch with Rust.

Feature Reason

tch-rs has wrapper of Torch but i believe it does not have specialized wrappers for Vision, NLP, Audio, and 3D like PyTorch has.
