[Enhancement] Simplify/Improve UI for editing sensors

Rather than using a combination of tabs and drop-downs to customize/add sensors, why not do this all under the "General" tab using the "Sort Order" list as the selector -- i.e., add an "Edit" button next to each item on the list to customize plus perhaps a "Delete" button too. Then an "New" button on the bottom could be used to add new sensors.

This would be cleaner than the current version plus would reduce mouse actions since all could be seen and edited from a single list from a single tab.

Not critical at all... just a thought...
