Add simplex/duplex option for single printers at print release time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Describe the solution you'd like
Right now we have to create a separate virtual printer for each duplex option, but this shouldn't be needed.

Instead we should add the choice to select simplex or duplex ( along with long/short side ) at print release time. We will need to build in a second price for duplex page pricing. If that duplex page pricing doesn't exist then the feature should be disabled for that printer.
