Armor selection is in the wrong place

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy armor (quickest way to do this is to max Int and Will, and get Haggling)
2. Go to equipment screen
3. Click the "Change" button on armor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The selection dialog is near the bottom of the screen, rather than right below 
the Change button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN revision 468, on Mac OS X 10.4.10.
