The player should have a rest button, on wich he can click. Then the 
screen should turn black for some seconds. All stamina is regenerated 
then. This is not possible if there are enemys close to the player. 

This is needed, because its so painfull waiting 'till the stamina is back 
when the bar was nearly full.
