Expand text prompts by default

Make it easy for people to see what prompt they need to chage.

This is not obvious

I am adding support for these workflows into Visions of Chaos and I am sure the first question anyone has (like I did) was "how do I change the prompts"?

Also, the output movie prefix should not be AnimateDiff_. Make it LTX_ at a minimum.
