We will have many photos and videos similar to those in the article, and every time different members visit our organization, their moments will be documented. Additionally, our company has several departments, and the primary data types are related to e-sports and sports.

I will mainly categorize the images and videos by theme, type, or time, and assign a standardized naming convention to the files. I will primarily use macOS Finder, Linux file manager, and Python. Additionally, I will ask our partners to convert the files into formats suitable for long-term storage and access. Finally, I will perform a unified compression, mainly using ZIP or TAR.
(Here is a note: we will primarily prepare the data as ZIP or TAR compressed files, making it easier for us to transfer to the storage provider (SP). The SP will assist us with data preprocessing and then help store the data on IPFS.)
