能否把作者的另一个项目webconsole合入本docker #35

RT，https://github.com/LomotHo/bedrock-console 这个合入后，在某些docker功能受限制的设备，比如极空间，没有docker attach功能，无法做到管理。

留意到这个项目就自带webui 管理端，里面用了screen套了一层，无论是docker exec进去恢复screen还是直接web端都能访问到管理端

我觉得可以, 主要是现在太忙了, 进度可能会慢一点
