Description

When upgrading the world directly from 1.18.1 to 1.20.1, all previous waystone data would be removed. Further digging revealed that there were a data upgrade back in 1.19 for a specific version, but it wouldn't be feasible as that requires modpacks to simultaneously create a version specific for upgrading worlds.

Describe the solution you would like

Yet another upgrading release please?
