[Bug]: No text tooltips

Description

There is no text in the tooltip with other mods installed

To Reproduce

Use fabric 1.15.11 or this modpack
Place a deeapslate waystone
Open GUI and hower on the lock icon

Expected behavior

Text is displayed in the tooltip.

Mod Version

v3.1.1 or newer

Minecraft Version

1.20 or newer

Java Version

Java 17

Fabric Version

• Fabric: 0.15.11-1-20-1
• Fabric API: 0.92.2+1.20.1

I was having this issue with my own modpack. When I disabled REI it was sorted so I guess it's an incompatibility.

I also get this issue with REI. Is there any way to hide REI when in the waystones menu?
