DoRA fail to load

Describe the Issue
DoRA safetensors won't load.

What are DoRA useful for
Like LyCORIS, they are an alternative to LoRA, but have much better consistency so they're great for styles.

I've also found some LyCORIS that fail with that error too, though idk if they were just wrongly tagged.
