only one specific sensor is not updating

Good day all,
I am using the HA integration (2.13.7) with admin account and it works great!
A minor issue I face => the charging / not_charging sensor does not update (always stays on not_charging).
Watch is XGO2.
Any ideas what might be the issue, as having this sensor will support some of my automations?
