Incorrect documentation to install Terminus on Tugboat

The documentation says that to add Terminus on Tugboat, the following key is needed in composer.json

extra.drainpipe.tugboat.terminus: true

That doesn't work. Instead, we should add this:

extra.drainpipe.tugboat.pantheon: true
