No connection when using non latin characters for the PS3's name

If you have given your PS3 system a name like 马珂的PS3 (Chinese letters 
mixed with latin ones) ORP will now be able to connect to the PS3.

In ORPui the system's name will look like "马�的PS3" (see 
attached file) 
and therefore reply with the error "corrupted video stream" after 3 seconds.

After changing the system's name to MexxPS3 things work like a charme again.

Maybe a minor issue for Western people but for many Japanese and Chinese PS3 
owners this problem might be a big deal.

Will switch to UTF-8 encoding of all text strings for the next version/release.
