Can't register to forum, verification mail is not delivered to gmail

[GoogleCodeExporter]

1. Try create account on http://forums.peerblock.com/register.php with gmail 
address => accepted, but no verification mail is received (for 2+ hours now)
2. Try login => account is inactive
3. Try register again with same account => account already exists
4. Try register again with same email => email is already used
