Range (Blocked Name) not being displayed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have closed the program
2. Updated the program daily
3. Will not show range name (name of blocked IP)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I use to be able to see 
the range name (blocked name).  Now the range is empty.  How do I fix that? 

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?  I am on a 64-bit system.  Windows 7.  


Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
