Lists Not Updating

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updating the lists

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to see the lists being updated, but instead, it gives me an invalid URL 
error for all of the defaulted lists.


What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

v1.2 on Windows 8.1 x64 Build 9600
